The Keys Process
The Keys Program has a self-study component with pre-recorded videos, an in-depth study manual, and opportunities for reflective writing in a provided journal. Through the writing process you will contemplate the lessons and teachings and initiate the Four Body System practices.
Christof will also provide live, group sessions where he will outline a Key, give you a deeper context, and then open the field for sharing and answering any questions you may have.
In addition, you’ll be assigned to a smaller group of 8-10 people, which we call your POD (Portal of Discovery). In your POD, the deeper emotional and energetic processing and personal energetic clearings will take place, led by your Keys Mentor.
